LATINA EMPOWERMENT SCHOLARSHIP
Promoting the public, corporate, and civic engagement of our HWNT membership remains a key objective for the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas. In partnership with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, HWNT is awarding scholarships to members for professional and leadership development.
The scholarships are intended to advance professional opportunities by acquiring required certifications or licenses that advance the HWNT member’s career or participation in national, state or community leadership programs. The funds are not used for college or university scholarships.
The Latina Empowerment Scholarship provides one-third of the cost of the leadership or certification program. The applicant must cover the remaining cost of the certification or program. To be eligible, the HWNT member must submit all applicable forms and questions to State Chair at hwntstate@hwnt.org.
Applications for this scholarship are available until funds are exhausted.
