Greetings and welcome to the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas website and membership portal. My name is Cristal Retana Lule, and it is a true honor to serve as your State Chair.

We are proud to offer this platform as a gateway for women interested in advancing our mission, while also highlighting the impactful work of our nine chapters across Texas. Our State Board of Directors is composed of exceptional leaders representing communities from across the state. Together, we collaborate to strengthen our mission, cultivate meaningful connections, and build a legacy of leadership and service.

We are committed to providing opportunities that empower our members through professional and personal growth, community engagement, specialized training, and leadership development. Through these efforts, we strive to equip women with the tools and networks needed to thrive and lead in their respective fields.

This year, we are especially proud to celebrate our Ruby Anniversary—marking 40 years of impact and advocacy throughout Texas. As we honor this significant milestone, we warmly invite you to join our distinguished organization. The Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas remains steadfast in its mission to champion the advancement of women in public, corporate, and civic arenas, and we look forward to welcoming you into our community.
