Hispanic Women's Network of Texas RGV
Chapte to hold thier 6th Annual Christmas For Kids Toy Drive
The
Hispanic Women's Network RGV Chapter will have their 6th annual
Christmas For Kids Toy Drive to assist the McAllen
Police Department in
securing toys for those children that would not ordinarily receive a
gift during the Christmas holiday.
The Toy Drive will be held
along
with their regular HWNT meeting set for Wednesday November 12, 2008 at
12:00 NOON at the McAllen Chamber of Commerce
located at 1200 Ash in McAllen, Texas.
HWNT has
sponsored
and supported such activities as educational and mentoring programs:
Women’s Rights to Vote Celebration, Hispanic Summit and Emerging
Leaders Conferences, HWNT's State Conference, and inter-generational
programs and achievement awards and ceremonies. HWNT believes
that by
women coming together in a spirit of
corroborations,women can make a
difference!

The Hispanic Women's Network is a state wide nonprofit
organization made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds who are
committed to promoting the participation of women in public, corporate
and civic life. It seeks to advance the educational, cultural, social,
legal and economic well being of women through a broader awareness of
their role in society, business and the family. It welcomes into its
membership anyone who is supportive of its purposes and who cooperates
in carrying out its programs of education and activities.
The Hispanic Women's Network (RGV Chapter), is a
nonprofit 501C/3
organization that promotes its members and invites anyone who is
interested in networking to attend the monthly luncheons that are held
every second Wednesday of each month at the McAllen Chamber of Commerce.
The Hispanic Women's Network of Texas, Rio
Grande Valley Chapter
will hold their monthly meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2008, at the
McAllen Chamber of Commerce (1200 Ash Street) at 12:00 (NOON).

Reservations must be made by evite or by calling in by noon the Tuesday

HWNT membership consist of professional
business women, of these
65 to 70 % are business owners with a common goal and that
is mentor
and to educate the entire membership.
The Hispanic
Women's Network invites anyone who is interested in
growing their business and networking to attend the luncheon meeting.
