Changing to Achieve Success


  • Learn how to use Emotional Intelligence (IE) in your favor through self evaluation
         - Enhance your understanding of EI
         - Review why EI matters
         - Learn EI Leadership Competences Model
         - Assess your own EI
         - Improve your EI competences
         - Identify 10 habits of people with high EI


  • Enhance your understanding of key Psychology Concepts that could be keeping you from achieving your goals
         - Learn the conection between change and behavior
         - Gain a new understanding of what is behavior
         - Develop your own list of desired behaviors


  • Learn and apply a Change Model to successfully realize changes in yourself and in others
         - Gain a new understanding of what is change
         - Assess your readiness for change
         - Review the risks of not changing
         - Find the motivation to change
         - Apply a model for individual change
