Adriana Rapolla

Adriana RapollaAdriana Rapolla is an accomplished Talent Manager with a background in Information Technology, Psychology and Education.

In 2008, Adriana founded The Taligens Group, LLC after having been an independent consultant for over 10 years, and having worked for Accenture, Sirius Solutions, and other consulting firms.

Through The Taligens Group, Adriana helps companies develop their workforce to positively impact their bottom line. Simultaneously, she helps professionals grow as individuals. She strategizes to help organizations through transformational processes and develops customized educational programs that align employee development plans with organizational goals.

Throughout her career, Adriana has managed the Organizational Change and Training side of several global, multilingual ERP implementations in various industries including Oil and Gas, Aerospace, Food and Beverage, Insurance, and Electronics. She has a blended skills set in the areas of Leadership, Creativity, Strategy and Technical Knowledge.

Besides English, Adriana is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, both oral and written.

Born in New Jersey, US and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Adriana has also lived and worked in Brazil. In addition to successfully implementing long-term projects throughout the US, Canada and Latin America, Adriana has worked in several countries of Western Europe, as well as in Trinidad and Tobago. Her multilingual abilities and her understanding and sensitivity to diverse cultures makes her an asset in global ERP projects.

Continuous professional development has always been important to Adriana; she consistently invests personal time to stay ahead of business trends and continue developing necessary areas of expertise to better serve her clients.

Adriana studied Computer Science at Universidad de MORON in Buenos Aires, Argentina, completed courses in Psychology and Education, and is now a Certified Change Manager and a Coach.

She now lives in Houston, TX with her husband John, her daughter Kiara (5) and son Jake (3).
