2009 Scholarship

|
Twelve deserving young women received
$500.00 Educational Scholarships. The event was a big success with over
50 in attendance. Event honorees were Cindy Barrera, VP Public
Relations, a speaker at this event and many previous clinics; and also,
Janie Vera, our treasurer,
(HWNT's Corpus Christi Chapter's only treasurer).
A "big Thank You" to Annie Castro for the 3 Gift Baskets; to Laura
Chapman for the fresh flower centerpieces that were then given to
our recipients; to Vicky Magana, Blandina Costley, Phylis Secraw, Laura
Magana, Tracie Rodriguez, and to all HWNT members in attendance. |
